Position Overview
We are hiring an Events Assistant to support the coordination and execution of client engagement activities, promotional events, and in-person outreach initiatives in the Los Angeles area. This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist with setup and breakdown of events and promotional activities
* Support event coordinators during live client activations
* Engage with the public in a professional and friendly manner
* Distribute materials and provide basic event information
* Help manage event flow and attendee experience
* Maintain organized event materials and supplies
* Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior experience needed (training provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
* Ability to stand and move during event hours
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
