Proposal Coordinator

Temp-to-Hire

Location: Houston, TX 77073 (near IAH)

Pay: $25-$28/ hour

Hours:  M-F 7am-4pm  IN OFFICE

Start:  Beginning of May

• Seeking a proposal assistant to be responsible for proposal drafting engineering projects.Organize the project information from the sales team, ops team, etc.. and putting the information into a pre-made template to generate an official proposal.
• Must have very strong, professional communication skills both via phone, virtual platforms, in person, and over email 
• Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction, ask questions when needed and be comfortable having a manager who is not physically located at that office will be crucial. This position is based out of the Houston office but managed by the Orlando office.
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background and drug screen
• This is an in-office position and requires daily attendance
