In July 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025. This program temporarily reduces employees’ monthly base pay in exchange for paid leave credits. This position is subject to PLP 2025 and will have a monthly base pay reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027. This classification is eligible for the following pay:
$7998 - $10372 Base Salary (paid every month)
$1200 - $1556 Extended Duty Pay (15% of base pay paid every month)
$1851 Recruitment and Retention Differential (paid every month)
$132,588 – $165,348 Annual Compensation
In addition to the above pay items, employees are eligible for medical benefits (health, dental, vision) and may be eligible for other pay differentials.Supplemental Questions
