Tekberry is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our client, Stanford University, within Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE). This is a hands-on, content-driven role focused on developing engaging training materials that support safety, technical operations, and workforce development across campus.

• Plan, develop, and execute training and talent development projects independently
• Design and produce short-form training videos and eLearning content
• Translate technical and safety procedures into engaging training modules
• Partner with subject matter experts to create video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments
• Utilize LMS platforms and digital authoring tools to deploy training content
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including campus leaders and operational teams
• Manage multiple training projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
• Travel across campus to support filming and in-person training sessions

• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience creating digital learning content and training videos
• Strong proficiency with video editing software
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in health, safety, facilities, or technical training environments
• Knowledge of microlearning principles and modern training strategies
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content

• Fully onsite role with travel across campus
• Driving required (Basic + MVR background check)
• Mix of office and light fieldwork environments
• This is not an HR role - it is focused on content creation and training delivery
