What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack Ruby on Rails experience—your fundamentals need to be rock solid.
• A deep love of Ruby and Rails conventions, from tests to gems to system design.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (but you’re hungry to go way beyond autocomplete).
• An architect’s mindset : you think in systems, patterns, and long-term scalability.

Bonus Points

• Agentic AI experience — whether building with MCP servers, RAGs, or fine-tuning models, you’ve already started down this path.
• You’ve published gems or built OSS libraries.
• You’ve explored StimulusReflex, ActionCable, Elasticsearch, or Opensearch.
