The Product Coordinator, Technology Products is part of the Global Sales team within the Commercial Division. This role supports the product development lifecycle by triaging issues, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and strategy. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, test support, and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

• Triage product issues to help inform the product backlog
• Bug/ defect testing and research
• Provide tactical support and ad-hoc research for product that supports the product strategy
• Identify concerns and researches solutions
• Engage with frontline leaders and team members to solicit and incorporate feedback into product planning
• Provide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and insights to inform product backlog prioritization
• Support product playbacks with an emphasis on product metrics
• Conduct product meetings: completes product tracking/ analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding product progress, issues, and risks
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership to facilitate product success
• Experience with Data notebook development using platforms like Databricks or Jupyter
• Review and support test data, test plan, and test scenarios
• Develop and maintain business rules for the product
• Ability to work across time zones as needed
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, or relates fields
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• 3 years of relevant industry experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally or other product and project tracking tools
• Ability to conceptualize, create and present analyses and strategies to all levels of leadership
• Knowledge of Cognos, Mosaic, Tableau, SQL, etc
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
• Ability to build strong consensus and achieve results as a team
• Ability to think critically/ analytically and draw meaningful conclusion from large datasets
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects, meet all deadlines, balance the big picture with the requisite details and maintain flexibilit
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute innovative solutions that support product and business success.
• Knowledge of corporate policies and operational processes and procedures.
