Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Boerne, TX 

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful townhome community in Boerne, Texas. If you take pride in your work, enjoy troubleshooting and repairs, and are committed to providing exceptional service to residents, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns (make-readies) to company standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain pools, common areas, and community grounds.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA or HVAC (Required)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification Preferred
  • If not currently certified, the company will provide CPO training and certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
