Job Description

Salary: $118,150 - 159,850 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree, 7 years with a Masters, or 3 years with a PhD
  • Proficiency in programming using C/C++
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of message patterns or transport technologies (e.g., ZMQ, Apache MQ)
  • Background in embedded systems development
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and validation of requirements for complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems
  • Design architectures for the integration of intricate systems and components into higher-level systems and platforms
  • Conduct advanced trade studies, modeling, and simulations to forecast component and system performance, optimizing designs according to established requirements
  • Define and carry out essential tests to verify the performance of designs against requirements
  • Manage critical supplier and partner performance to ensure adherence to requirements
  • Offer ongoing support to products throughout their lifecycle, assisting with issue resolution and project management tasks
  • Contribute to significant sections of proposals for new business development
  • Operate under minimal supervision
