Senior Electrical Estimator (Leadership Track) | Atlanta, GA | Up to $160K + Bonus + Vehicle
We’re working with a highly respected electrical contractor in the Atlanta area that’s been in business for over 50 years and continues to grow.
They’re looking to bring on a Senior Electrical Estimator who can take ownership of estimating, help develop the team, and play a key role in building the business moving forward.
This is not just an estimating role — this is a leadership position with a clear path to Vice President of Preconstruction.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead electrical estimating efforts across commercial construction projects
• Prepare accurate bids, takeoffs, and cost analyses
• Build strong relationships with GCs, clients, and partners
• Collaborate with leadership on bid strategy and project pursuits
• Support business development efforts and help drive new opportunities
• Assist in preconstruction planning and project handoff
What They’re Looking For
• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial projects)
• Proven leadership experience or ability to step into a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and labor pricing
• Ability to build relationships and communicate at a high level
• Experience with estimating software and reading plans/specs
• Someone motivated to grow into an executive-level role
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary up to $160,000 (depending on experience)
