We are a growing and customer-focused RV dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products. We are looking for an experienced and motivated RV Parts Manager to lead our parts department and help drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:
The RV Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, staff supervision, and customer service. This role plays a key part in supporting the service department and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and returns
• Monitor and improve gross profit margins and departmental performance
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
• Train, coach, and supervise parts staff
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure accurate pricing, merchandising, and display of parts and accessories
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders professionally
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage obsolescence

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts management (RV or automotive preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and purchasing processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
