BGSF is hiring Make Ready / Groundskeeper to help prepare apartment homes for new residents. If you have experience with painting, repairs, appliances, construction, maintenance, landscaping, or general handyman work, we want to talk to you!

🔧 What You'll Do
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Complete trash-outs and apartment turns
• Install and repair appliances
• Replace locks, filters, bulbs, and fixtures
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs
• Pressure wash, clean breezeways, and maintain curb appeal
• Ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and pass inspection
✅ What We're Looking For
• Experience in maintenance, construction, make ready, painting, remodeling, landscaping, or related trades
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Basic hand tools required
• Power tools are a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
