No Experience CDL A Drivers, Recent Graduates

We are hiring motivated new CDL A graduates ready to begin their professional driving journey. This entry‑level position includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into regional, dedicated, or OTR roles.

Training Provided

• Paid on‑the‑job training with an experienced trainer
• On boarding Period—4 to 6 weeks
• Guaranteed Pay During Training---$650 per week
• Step‑by‑step on boarding to build confidence and skill
• Supportive driver managers available 24/7

Pay amp; Home Time

Competitive starting pay for new CDL A drivers

• Earning per week: $ 1,200 to $ 1,400
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Home time (Over-the-Road) : 2 Weeks out (OTR) and 2 days home with your family

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer
• Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries
• Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety policies
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen
• Clean MVR and background (carrier‑specific standards apply)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
