Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - 1st Shift
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician for the first shift, responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of various plant machinery and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Work on PLCs, robots, and electrical pumps to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant machinery, including the Koji department, motors, pumps, and sealers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v and maintain responsibility for the entire building.
• Act as the first line of support to fix equipment issues when contractors have set up the installations.
• Ensure the proper operation of detection and alarm devices/systems, and maintain communication with related authorities.
• Perform all tasks in compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, Safety, or ISO standards, including necessary paperwork.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and electrical repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• 5-6+ years of experience in the field.
• Some education in electrical studies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Longevity in previous roles is highly valued.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, SQF, and ISO.

Work Environment

This position is for the 1st shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The facility operates in a GMP environment and may have areas with loud noise levels, though quieter in the Bottling Department. During the summer, temperatures can rise due to heated vats. Overtime is expected, with an additional 5-10 hours per week during busy periods. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Lead Electricians.

This is a Permanent position based out of Walworth, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $90000.00/yr.

-Full Benefits start 1st day of hire -Raise every 6 months if they score higher than a 65% on their assessment (learning new machines) -Free Short-Term and Long-Term Disability -Free Dental -401k 5% match -$2,000 dollars of Tuition reimbursement every 6 months (up to 100%) -Minimal cost for Medical Insurance -$500 contribution to Health Clubs around the area -Annual Raise of .50c-$1.00 dollar -Growth within initial position will get to $50/hr -$1,000 dollar bonus after 120 days for 1st shift -$2,000 dollar bonus after 120 days for 2nd & 3rd shift -COLA raise every April (usually 2-3%)
