Job Title: Solution Architect AI Agent & DSL Platform (SFMC Automation)

Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and lead an AI-powered platform that uses autonomous agents to generate campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and personalization workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will drive end-to-end architecture across AI/ML, DSL design, backend systems, and SFMC integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for AI agents, DSL, and SFMC automation.
• Design agentic AI systems, backend microservices, APIs, and SFMC integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Define DSL schemas (JSON/YAML) for AI-generated workflows, ensuring safety and extensibility.
• Establish guardrails, validation, simulation, and compliance frameworks for AI systems.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead POCs and prototypes to validate architecture and technology choices.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and safety mechanisms.
• Architect cloud-native, highly available systems on AWS using IaC (Terraform).
• Define design standards, integration patterns, and system blueprints (data flow, contracts, deployment).
• Ensure security, governance, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Guide engineering teams and lead architectural reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in Architect/Principal roles.
• Strong foundation in Java/Python, CI/CD, and databases.
• Experience with Agentic AI (Agent SDK, LangChain, agent frameworks, vectorization, context engineering).
• Knowledge of AI/ML systems (MLOps, evaluation, LLM fine-tuning).
• Experience with orchestration tools (CrewAI, LangGraph, n8n, or Semantic Kernel).
• Strong DSL design experience.
• Deep knowledge of SFMC (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven automation or autonomous agent platforms.
• Familiarity with AMPscript and SSJS.
• Background in marketing automation or CRM systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience in fixed-bid delivery environments.
