Role Overview

CEVA Logistics is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to support CEVA’s Contract Logistics Business Development team. This role will focus on developing compelling visuals and marketing material, including presentations & proposals, that support customer engagement, sales pursuits, and go-to-market strategies. The intern will work closely with the Business Development Proposal Team, Business Development Managers, Sales Support and Marketing to help visually communicate CEVA’s Contract Logistics’ capabilities and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce customer-facing marketing and sales enablement materials for CEVA Contract Logistics, including:
    • Customer presentations and pitch decks
    • Proposals and RFP graphics
    • Case studies, capability brochures, and solution overviews
    • Infographics highlighting operational processes, network footprint, KPIs, and value creation
  • Support Business Development efforts by creating visually compelling content that supports new customer pursuits and renewals
  • Develop visual and written digital content for internal and external use, including email marketing / prospecting
  • Ensure all materials align with CEVA brand standards and messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing) to translate complex logistics concepts into clear visual storytelling
  • Assist with market & company research, visuals, customer-specific graphics, and competitive positioning materials
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus
  • Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides design for executive and customer presentations
  • Strong visual & written communication and layout skills, especially for B2B and professional audiences
  • Ability to understand and visually represent complex operational and data-driven concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Interest in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Development is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, CAD or simple animations
  • Familiarity with data visualization or infographic design
  • Familiarity with AI to explore uses to improve efficiency and/or quality in current processes.
