SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. – San Diego, CA

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities

• Residential and move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks
• Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
• Working independently or as part of a small team
• Delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual (dependability is extremely important to us)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours
• Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
