Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Growth Marketing Associate. This role will support digital marketing campaigns, user acquisition strategies, and growth initiatives for a fast-growing U.S.-based organization.

The Growth Marketing Associate will work with marketing, product, and analytics teams to support campaigns, track performance, and optimize channels across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Support user acquisition across paid and organic channels
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and key metrics
  • Help optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends
  • Manage and update marketing dashboards, reports, and analytics
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist with A/B testing and experimentation strategies
  • Support email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales)
  • Monitor customer journey and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain campaign documentation and performance reports
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, SEO, email, social)
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
