The Oaks Gourmet Market & Cafe has been a leader in the Restaurant/Market field now for over 16 years and we are looking for that special individual to lead us into the next 15 years. We specialize in Gourmet products like chocolates, teas, cheese, charcuterie, natural wine, craft beer, up and coming small producing RTD's, spirits, cigars, jams, spices, cookies, snacks and beverages to name a few. We have a full kitchen where we have been serving award winning food and have been featured on Food Network, Food Channel, Travel Channel and Local and National News programs. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you have probably only scratched the surfice on one or two of these categories but we will give you the chance to learn about all these in depth. You will need to handle purchasing, kitchen management, employee training, payroll, invoicing & inventories and especially customer service amongst other things.
