Counter Sales Representative Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience) About Winston Water Cooler Winston Water Cooler is a leading plumbing supply distributor built on strong relationships, dependable service, and a team-first culture. Our branch teams are the heartbeat of our business, and the counter is where it all happens. We’re looking for a Counter Sales Representative who understands customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. About the Role The Counter Sales Representative is the face of the Dallas branch. You’ll work directly with contractors, plumbers, and trade professionals who rely on us to keep their jobs moving. This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, product knowledge, and warehouse coordination. If you enjoy helping customers, staying busy, and working as part of a tight-knit team, this is a great opportunity. What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist walk-in contractors and trade customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products
• Process sales orders, invoices, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Provide pricing and product availability information
• Answer incoming calls and support customer inquiries
• Pull and stage orders for pickup
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction supply experience is a plus
• Ability to read invoices, part numbers, and product descriptions accurately
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong communication and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Team-first attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Working in a warehouse and counter environment
