Key Responsibilities:
Smooth, level, and finish poured concrete surfaces to achieve flawless results.
Expertise with hand tools, including trowels, screeds, and edgers.
Operate machinery such as walk-behind trowels and other concrete equipment.
Competently finish curb, gutter, cast-in-place stairs, and slabs on metal decks.
Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Familiarity with mix designs, admixtures, and FF/FL standards is highly valued.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
ACI certification or equivalent preferred. - not required!
Ability to operate forklifts and skid loaders is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Physically capable of performing tasks involving crawling, sliding, and hand-tool use.
