Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' computer systems. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week, based in our Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for clients

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients

- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person

- Set up new computer systems and transfer data from old systems

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, installations, and upgrades

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies and solutions

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Able to work independently and in a team environment

- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds
