Well established Downtown Manhattan Firm seeks a skilled and experienced Paralegal specializing in personal injury litigation, with 3+ years of relevant experience. This position will require proficiency in handling all phases of litigation, including trial preparation,discovery, drafting subpoenas, scheduling of IMEs, securing medical records, retaining experts, corresponding with adversaries, clients, and vendors, as well as performing other general office duties. Applicants must have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as time management skills.

Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with document organization, collection and management using iManage or similar software.
- Maintain files and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.
- Assist with drafting correspondence and client communications.
Requirements:
- ACTUAL EXPERIENCE WORKING CLOSELY WITH ATTORNEYS
- Paralegal Certificate and/or College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technological and computer capabilities including knowledge of iManage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
