As the organization grows and expands into additional locations, there may be opportunities to step into leadership responsibilities involving training, staff development, and provider mentorship.

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule, professional daytime hours
• Brand-new office
• High level of autonomy and clinical independence
• Potential future leadership and management growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics
• Educate and counsel patients regarding hearing loss and treatment options
• Recommend and fit hearing technology when appropriate
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing patient support

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus commission structure
